Mixing Pleasure with Business 

 The Abiding Faith Ushers and Greeters’ foremost purpose is to keep order in the House of God by creating a spirit of worship, reverence, warmth, and friendliness. 

 This environment ensures that everyone who enters our worship experience, from the moment they enter our parking lot to the benediction and dismissal, will have a welcoming, satisfying and fulfilling encounter. 

Our meetings are held to plan, discuss ideas, share information, and/or to offer solutions to any challenges that one might be experiencing. This provides opportunities for members to freely express opinions and update each other on current tasks or changes within the ministry. Meetings also give us opportunities to discuss how we can improve or make our ministry a more effective operating unit that will, not only enhance our worship services, but will also glorify God.

 At this meeting we mixed pleasure with business and enjoyed an ice cream “social” prior to our discussions, served by President, Sandra Compton (above). We had a most pleasant experience! 

We meet on the 4th Thursday of the month at 4:30 pm in the Multipurpose Building (MPB), and we welcome you to join us as we serve the Lord with gladness!
